We are pleased to announce an important enhancement to our SAP solution: GOpus® TIN-Check is now directly integrated into GOpus® eInvoice! This combination enables companies to make their electronic invoicing and tax audit processes more efficient and secure.
With GOpus® eInvoice Companies can create, send and monitor electronic invoices directly from their SAP system. The solution supports all international e-invoicing formats and enables digital stamping, signing and validation of invoices. In addition, GOpus® eInvoice offers maximum flexibility when transmitting invoices via various channels such as email, HTTPS and Peppol.
New is the direct integration of GOpus® TIN Check, which allows you to validate the VAT identification number (VAT ID number) of your business partners. This function can now be conveniently used via the GOpus® eInvoice Monitor, allowing you to check VAT identification numbers with a simple click or carry out mass checks. A qualified validation provides additional information such as company name and address, which can be automatically compared with the master data.
With this new additional function, you not only optimize the sending of invoices, but also ensure that all tax regulations are complied with. GOpus thus offers you a holistic solution that simplifies your processes, strengthens compliance and increases efficiency - all within your SAP system.
