EFRIS enables the digital capture and real-time transmission of invoices via various channels \u2013 including the URA web portal, mobile applications, integration with ERP systems, and electronic fiscal devices. The goal of this platform is to optimize tax processes, increase transparency, and simplify compliance with legal requirements for companies of all sizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the Tax Procedure Act of 2014, the nationwide <strong>EFRIS system<\/strong> (Electronic Fiscal Receipting and Invoicing System) was introduced, consisting of <strong>three main components<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list has-palette-color-4-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7d132c1c0130efbabc733d2c587ded9f\">\n<li><strong>E-invoicing: <\/strong>By logging into the customer application on the URA web portal, electronic tax documents can be issued securely and free of charge. Validity can be verified using the URA verification app or a QR reader.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Electronic financial instruments (EFDs):<\/strong> This system, consisting of a networked point-of-sale system (POS) and a virtual Sales Data Controller (SDC), enables the creation of electronic receipts and invoices. It includes a protected component that transmits the financial information to the EFRIS system. It also facilitates the search for financial data and the creation of reports on transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Electronic dispenser controls (EDCs):<\/strong> This component is specifically designed for fuel and petrol station management. Special devices monitor and calculate the capacity of fuel pumps in real time and transmit the information to the EFDs for instant generation of electronic receipts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The URA offers several options for taxpayers to generate electronic receipts and invoices:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list has-palette-color-4-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ca708459b8914f3d9249a0337bb0ae23\">\n<li><strong>System-to-system connections<\/strong> for customers with existing sales systems: integration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with EFRIS for real-time transmission of transaction details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>URA web portal:<\/strong> Electronic invoices and receipts can be generated through the web portal, requiring the TIN and password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Client application:<\/strong> Installation of software on taxpayers&#039;
