The data in the system must be completely correct and any changes must be updated before the vehicle enters Romania. The ITU number can<strong> must be requested a maximum of three calendar days before transport<\/strong> and must be communicated to all parties involved (CMR, freight forwarder, buyer\/seller, dealer).<strong> If no ITU code is available, no shipment can take place.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: var(--theme-palette-color-4, #0A1821);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Failure to comply with the rules of the e-transport system will result in <strong>Fines of up to 50,000 RON (approx. 10,000 \u20ac) for natural persons and 100,000 RON (approx. 20,000 \u20ac) for legal persons<\/strong> In addition, the value of the undeclared goods will be confiscated.
