This includes planning project resources, tasks and costs, tracking deadlines and costs, creating project reports, planning and managing project work, and tracking project status and billing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SAP PS can be used to create organizational charts and schedules or track individual project steps. The integrated calendar not only shows the dates, but also monitors the events associated with them if required. Resource planning and budget monitoring are automatically integrated into the entire project management process. By gaining insight into a comprehensive data set, costs can be planned precisely and forecasts can be made about the project&#039;s progress at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SAP Project System uses a hierarchical structure model in which projects are divided into several levels to simplify the planning and control of projects. In addition, it offers numerous functions to minimize project risks.
