style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\"><strong>How e-invoicing works<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to be able to send electronic invoices in Albania, companies must meet certain requirements. First, they need a <strong>electronic certificate issued by the National Agency for Information Society (AKSHI) <\/strong>is issued. Invoicing is then carried out via the central billing platform (<strong>Centralized Invoice System, CIS<\/strong>). In addition, special software is required that enables the creation and transmission of e-invoices and complies with legal requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The audit system requires companies to submit invoices issued in real time to the General Directorate of Taxes (<strong>Drejtoria e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Tatimeve<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>DPT<\/strong>).
