With GOpus® eBusiness take over the Complete processing of incoming e-invoices – from acceptance through validation to booking in the SAP system.

All common national and international formats such as XML (UBL/CII), JSON, PEPPOL BIS, ZUGFeRD or XRechnung are automatically checked, errors are documented and returned to the sender. Through integration into your SAP modules, invoices can be sent directly as logistical or financial accounting documents created or forwarded to workflow-supported invoice receipt processes. This reduces manual work, avoids errors and ensures Compliance and consistency in invoice processing.
