The Payment advice informs the buyer when an outstanding invoice must be paid and under what conditions. Depending on the customer, payment advices are sent for each payment or only for payments that combine several invoices.
The payment run is processed via transaction F110. In the SAP standard, you can initiate the printing, enveloping and sending of the payment advices by post.
