The obligation to use electronic invoices has been in place since 2023!

The topic of e-invoicing has gained importance in Kyrgyzstan in recent years, especially in the wake of the digitization of public administration and the economy. 2022 Electronic invoicing is mandatory for certain companies in order to increase transparency in taxation. Electronic invoicing in Kyrgyzstan is carried out via ETTN, provided by the Kyrgyzstan Tax Authority. Companies must create, sign and submit their invoices electronically to the tax authorities and business partners.
