The GOpus® X-Viewer It supports a growing number of standardized and country-specific document formats. This makes it relevant not only for classic e-invoicing, but for all processes in which structured documents are created, received, checked, or archived.
Use Case 1: 📥 Professionally review incoming e-invoices
Accountants and auditors need to be able to quickly and reliably check the contents of incoming electronic invoices – without having to read XML. The GOpus® X-Viewer displays the invoice as a clear HTML document, thus enabling efficient visual inspection directly in SAP.
Use Case 2: 🌍 Provide international e-invoice formats as visual receipts
Whether it's FatturaPA from Italy, FA3 from Poland, ZATCA from Saudi Arabia, or MyInvois from Malaysia – the X-Viewer can display country-specific e-invoice formats legibly and output them as standardized PDF documents. Ideal for internationally operating companies.
Use Case 3: 🗂️ Open XML documents directly from the monitor
The GOpus monitors and the ePMV Cockpit already include functions that allow archived XML documents to be opened with the GOpus® X-Viewer with a single click – without detours via external tools or manual downloads.
Use Case 4: 🏦 Visualize camt.053 bank statements
ISO 20022 bank statement files in camt.053 format are difficult for business users to read. The X-Viewer clearly displays transaction entries, balance information, and structural data – as HTML or PDF.
Use Case 5: 🔧 Clearly display test equipment XMLs and VDI/VDE-2623 data
Within the GOpus® VDI/VDE 2623 environment, structured XML documents for test equipment and measurement data are generated. The X-Viewer makes this data directly readable for quality managers and specialist departments.
Use Case 6: 📎 Archive PDF visual receipts in an audit-proof manner
After the technical review, the X-Viewer can generate a PDF visual document, which is stored in a revision-proof manner with the SAP document via SAP ArchiveLink – complete documentation included.
