Liechtenstein has gradually pushed forward the introduction of electronic invoicing as part of the digitalization of administrative and business processes. 2020 The use of electronic invoices is particularly important in public sector (B2G) promoted to meet the requirements of the EU Directive 2014/55/EU which is also binding for Liechtenstein as an EEA member.
