With GOpus® eInvoice A solution is available to companies that enables the creation and sending of electronic invoices directly from the SAP system. The application supports common formats such as... ZUGFeRD and XRechnung as well as all other international standards, thus enabling legally compliant digital invoicing directly from SAP. The entire process – from creation and sending to tracking – remains fully integrated within the SAP system.
The current expansion allows GOpus® eInvoice now also works in conjunction with SAP Condition Contract Management (SAP CCM) This will allow electronic invoices to be generated in future billing processes based on pricing contracts.
SAP CCM is part of the Settlement management in SAP S/4HANA It serves to manage and account for complex terms and compensation agreements with business partners. Many companies use this component to transparently control retroactive payments and financial agreements. Typical use cases include bonus agreements with customers, supplier payments, commission-based compensation models, and volume-based discounts.
The basis for this is formed by so-called Condition contracts, in which all relevant agreements between business partners are centrally defined. Based on the transaction data available in the system – for example, from purchasing or sales processes – SAP automatically calculates the corresponding compensation or bonuses and generates settlement documents. This approach increases the transparency of the settlement processes and significantly reduces manual tasks.
Through the integration of GOpus® eInvoice in SAP CCM The settlement documents generated during these settlement processes can now be processed directly as electronic invoices. This enables companies to immediately convert invoices from pricing contracts into a standardized e-invoice format and send them automatically to business partners.
Another advantage lies in the seamless integration into the existing SAP system landscape. Since both billing and invoicing are handled via... SAP CCM as well as electronic invoicing via GOpus® eInvoice Since the entire process takes place within the SAP system, it remains within a central platform. This facilitates traceability, reduces interfaces, and supports a consistent data basis.
With the support of SAP CCM, it expands GOpus® eInvoice This clearly demonstrates its potential applications within the SAP process landscape. Companies that already manage settlement processes via condition contracts can now directly transfer their invoicing to legally compliant electronic invoicing – fully integrated into their existing SAP workflows.
