With GOpus® Spool Mail You have the option of sending spool lists generated in the background by various jobs (SM36, SM37) directly during runtime to any email recipient via SAPConnect as PDF, HTML, etc. formats. You can send to either fixed or variable email addresses such as cost center managers, customers, customer contacts, suppliers, staff, etc.
How does GOpus® SOS Log Control work?
The following parameters are available:
1. Job name optional input option; to be entered if a mail job is to be started separately
2. Job number optional input option; to be entered if a mail job is to be started separately
3. Spool document type optional input option; to be entered if a mail job is to be started separately
4. Job step number optional input option; to be entered if an email is to be sent during the job runtime
5. Sending SAP user optional input option; if the sender email address should differ from the user in the job step
6. Email metadata Mail subject and mail body as constant defaults or as standard text
7. Any optional recipient addresses, fixed and variable email addresses
